On request, correcting information that is inaccurate; Using and disclosing personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, unless the individual consents or the law permits the use or disclosure without consent; Ensuring that any personal information is as accurate as necessary for the collection purposes; ensuring that personal information is secure; and keeping the information only as long as reasonable for employment, business and legal reasons; Destroying personal information that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or, if we are no longer required by law to retain it, using secure methods to destroy or de-identify the information; Obtaining consent for collecting, using and disclosing personal information, except when inappropriate (for example, in an emergency or when consent would compromise the availability or accuracy of the information). Obtaining the consent in a form appropriate to the kind of information concerned. If an individual modifies or withdraws his or her consent, respecting the changes; and Designating an individual to ensure FT Services complies with the relevant laws and make available information about the organization’s management of personal and Client information on request.
