FT SERVICES PRESIDENT & CEO ANNOUNCES RETURN TO TRANSFIELD SERVICES

CALGARY, AB - FT Services announced today Andy Mackintosh, President & CEO will be returning to Transfield Services Australia in an executive role.

Mackintosh said today, "At this time I would like to thank each and every one of our employees for their role in helping FT Services create one of the leading asset management services organizations not only in Canada but internationally. What has been achieved is quite remarkable and I'm very proud of what we have achieved."

One recent significant achievement is FT Services completion of more than 12.5 million working hours without a single lost-time injury since operations began in Canada in 2007.

During his tenure, Mr. Mackintosh was instrumental in creating the highly successful joint venture between Flint Energy Services and Transfield Services.

FT Services' Chief Financial Officer, Peter Massey will be acting President and CEO until a successor is named.
