Andy describes the collaborative and integrated project management aspect of running a turnaround. "We have a seven-phase process for managing turnarounds. It's highly structured and fully auditable in terms of where you are in the preparation phase, the execution phase, and most importantly the close out and ‘lessons learned' phase.
