The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is an exciting and rewarding initiative developed by FT Services to ensure we have a reliable pool of new, qualified, high-potential talent to meet today and tomorrow's business challenges. It offers high potential graduates the opportunity to gain practical employment experience; personal and professional growth; and the opportunity to mentor with FT Services' business leaders.
If you are a successful applicant you will develop through three years of progressively challenging work assignments across our operational sites.
Your work experience will be supplemented with progressive learning initiatives to continue your learning and capacity for leadership and professional growth. Although planned for three years, the program may be extended or reduced based on your experience, ability to learn and the activity level of the area to which you are assigned.
